CEO/Founder

Mr. Seedy O. Bensouda is a software engineer by profession. He graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park, which has one of the top Computer Science programs in the U.S. After graduation in 2004, he immediately started working for a software company called OPNET Technologies, where he started as a Junior Software Engineer and later became a Senior Software Engineer.

After about 6 years, Mr. Bensouda decided to give up his life in the U.S. and return to his home country of The Gambia. He was motivated by both a hunger to do something effective, as well as the desire to help build his continent. Upon returning, he started InSIST Global, which is the leading provider of home grown Business Management Solutions in The Gambia. Through extensive research, Mr. Bensouda determined that there were not any companies making information systems solutions for Africa. Existing solutions in the market were created by big businesses for big businesses, and they were too expensive and too sophisticated for most African organizations. To fix this, he invented InSIST Business Synergy (IBS), InSIST Global's flagship software, which is designed to rapidly engineer large scale data and information resource planning solutions at affordable prices; bringing ERP to the small or medium-sized businesses or organizations.

Client Services & Marketing Manager

Margaux Ndure obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration & Economics from Stevenson University, Maryland. Ms. Ndure is a young professional, dedicated to help develop her country, The Gambia; therefore, upon graduation, she decided to come back home, in order to contribute to the development of her home country. She has acquired a lot of experience as a Client Services & Marketing Manager, as she has held the same position for years at other companies. Ms. Ndure was able to build an extensive sales and marketing team from the ground up with the right guidance from the CEO. At InSIST Global, she is responsible for the company's public relations, branding, marketing efforts, and product branding. Ms. Ndure also manages the sales, client services, and marketing teams; ensuring goals and objectives are met, and results are achieved. In addition, she is responsible for the company's website, and the overall image of the company.

Sales Manager

Rabiatou Ceesay, joined InSIST Global as a Sales Manager earlier on this year. She previously worked in the lines of Communication and Education here in The Gambia, in both the private and para-statal sectors. Ms. Ceesay graduated from The University of Ghana, Legon in 2010, with a BA (HONS) in English and Sociology, where she was then enhanced with the art of 'closing deals.' Upon returning home, she searched for a career that would be spontaneous and fulfilling, and she has admitted to have found that in InSIST Global. Ms. Ceesay is responsible for setting and meeting sales targets, and plans to conquer the Gambian Sales arena. She goes by the saying: 'If I believe in something, I sell it, and I sell it hard' - Estee Lauder.
With the growing amount of data in all institutions in the Gambia, Ms. Ceesay sees InSIST Global as the management solution that every Gambian work place needed, needs and will need. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, writing and socializing. She is also an active member of The Gambian literary revolutionary group, Balafong. Rabiatou Ceesay is proud to be a part of this hallmark team.

Product Development Manager

As the Product Manager, Fatou Jobarteh is responsible for mapping product direction and managing the entire product line life cycle. Her primary role is to build products from existing ideas and help to develop ideas based on company experience and contact with customers and prospects. Fatou Joined InSIST Global in January 2011. Prior to that, she worked in Marketing as the Consulting Assistant at Intra Consulting. Fatou has a Bachelors degree in Economics from the University of the Gambia. In her free time, she likes to read, cook, and spend time with her husband and daughter.
